I am considering diversifying the stock contests a bit with the introduction of a new contest. This contest would be great for short sellers. I am thinking stocks would be limited to over $2 (alert price), with winners needing at least 15% (short selling gains), and gains would be off of the low of the week.

For those that know, there are brokers out there that allow you to short sell penny stocks (I believe most have rules under $1, which is why I am pricing the contest at $2), despite what you might hear on the boards. The introduction of this type of contest would benefit members that may be invested in those stocks, as it gives them some insight from others, that their investment may be a bit over extended. It also gives short sellers the opportunity to participate in a stock contest.
