I know in Michigan we get the same weather as Canada pretty much, they get our leftovers lol. I been in construction for 24 years, I seen many poor the slab after construction of the walls and roof ,if it is not a house. like garages and poll barns and so on I seen it done after. Just what I have seen the concrete guys do ,So the weather dont hold up construction in the winter. Just my thoughts
