All part of the facility plan. It was cool to meet the Facility Manager too, it was brief. He reminded me of "Magnum PI." Nice guy.
Both rooms need to be completed. Dropped down ceilings, HVAC, electrical and comms all need to be tied in, as well as carpeting and cubes put together. Easily could be done in under 30 days, but I didn't ask Angel on the timeline (that's his business and best left for a PR). I can say this, it will be built to "Magnum's" standard and will look very nice when done!
