Let's hope so, this way the defendants can put John W Bordynuik through the discovery process.
Something John W Bordynuik has avoided in all cases filed against him so far but one because he always weasels out by making a settlement.
The only time John W Bordynuik did go through discovery it was revealed he was dumping close to 850,000 shares into the open market.
Wonder what he will disclose this time ?
John W Bordynuik will have to answer every question asked him truthfully in Discovery or he will get torn apart in court by the Defendants attorney.
And he can't get out of this one by settling. He will be a witness called by the Defendants. He must appear.
