Lots of resistance at $.10 and since 10 cents is a great point to breakthrough regardless, it will blow past its' all time high of $.115 . Once that happens, and if license is issued in 1-2 weeks, I'm seeing $.5+ within 5 trading days of license issuance. Just MY opinion.
