Bingo, friend. Bingo.

That's why I had been betting money JBI. Aside from all the recent surprise crap that has hit the fan out of the blue (OSC ruling, change to pink status, missed 10K, and the rest). I was foolishly assuming that the co was absolutely compelled to produce a better plan with a logical story, which would have been announced at the time they filed their 10K. Scam or no scam, that should have happened if they have any interest in supporting share price. That would have produced a nice spike in share price. Those who are saying they're happy with this current illogical plan are either fooling themselves or hoping to fool others.
