Nevermind on this, I got a reply back from e-trade support. My divy is there and it is coming, they just seem to be a bit slower at delivering them 
The representative said 2-3 business days and I will receive an automated notification. Go NTEK!
It's really great to see how well the dividend has created a small turn-around in the trend. This could be a great catalyst to a reversal with some solid updates leading up to a positive share holders meeting.
