Yep, I've flooded the market a little bit this morning. So sorry everyone. Thought it would be good to get as much information out to help everyone better understanding the situation and progression. Adding everything up.

You get a very strong sense of BG staying on track and doing the RIGHt thing. Look especially hard at the notes, emails, PRs, and FINS regarding BCAP. 800,000 Preferred Shares are still in question and as I posted previously, one can gain insight by looking at my prior posts (or going to the BCAP board and sifting through the chaff).

Meanwhile, we drift sideways, pending the Full FINS release. I venture a guess Full-FINS release is fully dependent on sorting BCAP (FINS are done and on Angel's desk). As I posted previously, this dispute serves neither BCAP nor RIGH well in the delay to negotiate and come to terms.

Meanwhile, here's the partial FINS and the latest PR for those just jumping in, and don't freak on the share count, 95% are restricted and we have already covered that in past posts. There is a plan and it benefits shareholders...:
