The SEC considers the OTC markets NOT legit, and All 3 tiers to be the Same....for Now..anyway!

So going to the QX would keep KMAG in the same "POS PinK Boat"....as seen through the "SEC Eyes"...

Better to go to the OTCBB

But as I mentioned in a prior post, Jeff is shooting for the shortest, fastest way  to transparent L2, which will be the Pinks, in the short haul!!......Meantime...get the Fins audited.....then the application to the OTCBB!!
