Imo the immediate legitimacy of pvec is hinged on the receipt of the certs.. Without a follow through on them, there isn't any reason to definitively say the company isn't a speculative company therefore pvec must be treated as one would any sub-penny (a guess in the dark). I'm pro pvec and hope they follow through and succeed but it will be hard to do so without follow through on certs..pvec... As a side note I didn't get in until a couple days after the original cert announcement so I'm being unbiased here, not demanding free shares or anything. Glta
