Jeff wants to get KMAG back to transparent trading, L2 status ASAP
In Order to do that, KMAG can work with the current "PinkSheet" structure and regs....that KMAG has Qualified On......The amended Q2 and Attorney letter.....will allow/enable KMAG to get back to the Pinks/L2 faster than getting through the auditing of the 2 yrs of Fins!
So the "Attempt" here is to get back going On the Pinks .....Short Term
Then , with the 2 yrs of audited Fins completed....Apply to the OTCBB
