If that is the way that it ends up being, should we understand that to be not only a good thing, but perhaps also, the best thing? And I might temper either of the above two remarks in relation to being able to get out of the OTC.PK, the which I will presume would be a WONDERFUL thing, NO?  TIA Jaime
