I looked and looked for KMAG on SEC web access, found nothing other than the suspension order. I did read a bit on other cases, looks as if KMAG has 120 days from suspension to prove ?. KMAG had 10 days from suspension to address the charges which, they did, otherwise there would be official charges. No other order from the judge has been issued. I read thru alot of " no action " orders" , which are quit common. KMAG is going to be just fine, they are following the process. If it was a scam like some, Jeff would be loooong gone and SRFF would not even consider taking on this company. Great stuff shareholders KMAG is rockin,! Sorry Philly,SOD and all others who cannot come to terms that this is going to be "A O.K.. KMAG !
