Clarity on those SIRG shares reserved for incentives and executable at .05. Anybody who has been involved with penny stocks knows the VERY real probability that in order to give insiders these incentives, a reverse split is one way to get a s/p to that level. If that happens, the r/s will NOT affect the 250 million shares...insiders will still have the same number of shares to execute at .05, but common shareholders will have 1/5 the shares we currently have. Just the cost of getting in early on a possible breakout stock. I am fully prepared for this eventuality, and will not be surprised when it happens. I have factored it into my estimates for how much I am going to profit on SIRG.
