I did my DD on all the MJ stocks, back in January. PHOT looked good, but FITX had better indicators for long term momentum. I've continued my DD and PHOT continued to show up as a play of substance.
FITX has made me enough money, and continues to have such a strong upside, that i never felt the urge to put anything into PHOT.
That being said, even with the investigation this month, I think PHOT may be out for the inning, but the game is just getting started.
