Not trying to bore this board with PHOT. I know there are a few PHOT SH's here as I am.
It is incredible to me how an ambiguous and misleading PR put out today exonerates them of any wrongdoing.
Yea, FINRA and the SEC just go out and halt trading for no reason or from some 3rd party manipulation.
Sounds like PHOT is saying "oops the SEC made a mistake".
I think Bill knew more about this POS long before any of us. And I own it.
