One thing I've learned from trading and in life is people easily forget issues when there is money to be made -- I'm not talking about illegal activity, but when I traded FDA approvals people invested millions on FDA phase 2 and approval decisions even when the company has been denied years before or even months.

This PHOT situation will be far behind them if in-fact it was a 3rd party attempting to manipulate following the 2nd quarter financials. The chart was bullish prior to the halt, so give it time.
