The play here is to hold and add if you like. They will no doubt find a market maker that will sponsor a form 211 under 15c-2-11. There was way to much volume to let this stock die and way to much money to be made by the MM.

As far as the information from the company: if it was me I wouldn't be saying a damn word either. They are in a precarious position and could be walking a thin line here with the sec. Speak one word out of turn and they may just come down hard on you out of spite. You say yes sir, no sir, and nothing else.
