It's all hypothetical right now, so there isn't an a/s plan. Bill has said no to the r/s possibility in the past. He has made a lot of comments about uplisting to NASDAQ. The only way that most reasonable people see it will happen is through the r/s. We will have to see what John Germinario has to say about it.

Remember, there are folks here who think it is a bash to suggest we will be at less than $2 pps in June. Only meaning a lot of folks have overinflated hope and they are hostile to the r/s idea.
