It would seem Etrade just updated their record of what the company disclosed as the O/S. In the Q for 3Q 2013, 9/30/13, HIMR disclosed an O/S of 9.4B. In the K or annual report for 2013 which include 4Q 2013, HIMR disclosed an O/S of 11.8B as of 12/30/13.
