When news is released, BCAP should have a much higher support base. Follow the weekly chart and you'll see a golden cross is starting to form even there.
My guess if there's a split it won't happen until BCAP is trading at much higher levels (say a 1:10 split when the share price is at $0.05, as opposed to a 1:1,000 split at $0.0005).
Again:
1. I stress the word IF, because there's no guarantee
2. As of July, the stock simply reverts to "normal" -- ie no freeze, but also no promise of a R/S
3. A R/S if its proportional is very good for shareholders since it tidies up the share count, but leaves the share structure maxed out.
