You know, now that you mention it... has anyone ever heard of another company in this situation opening a "Hotline" for the shareholders?
It really does not appear the company by any means is hiding or avoiding shareholders or their concerns, I think they simply do not have the answers we are seeking.
My feelings are that they are truly trying to clear up the situation to the best of their ability at this point. Will that make any difference tomorrow.. I don't know but I am happy to see that they are confronting this head on.
Considering the SEC has not filed a "Formal Investigation" nor have they conducted any "Informal Inquiry"... I'm not really sure what PHOT can tell us any more than they already have.
I wonder if the additional and specialized counsel they have retained will release some information soon that can address the situation with a little more detail and clarity.
