I have been researching the micro distillery business for 3 years. You can learn a lot about the business at distilling.com - check the forums there.
Looking for ways to fund a start up a micro distillery I researched stocks and there are only a few distillers traded. Most are large companies and expensive stocks.
Jim Beam (brand recognition) was trading for around $60 and was bought out around $80.
Castle Brands (ROX) is trading at some very good values right now ($1.04) and they have excellent products. In one of their blogs Marani was discussed. So here i am. Drinking Marani Vodka and investing in their business.
MRIB @ .025 a share / Great Product / Nice eye catching bottle / Starting to hit the shelves. It may be a slow process building the company and brand recognition but in my opinion MRIB has no where to go but up from this point.
