That happened on 04/02. From what I can deduce, it was a "fat finger" tier change from Current Info to No Info. SKTO filed a notification of late fins on 04/01, i.e., on the due date for such a notice. Even if the notice were late, tier change would have dropped it to Limited Information, not No Information.
In this case, it will be interesting to see if OTCM detects SK made changes re officer and director. For Current Info tier and above, OTCM requires filling Current Report there within ten days of "8. Departure of directors or principal officers; election of directors; appointment of principal officers."
