I just received a reply to my questions.

Is the SEC going to let PHOT begin trading tomorrow?  

Did they find anything on the company or related?

Thank you for your inquiry. The Company has very limited information regarding the SEC’s decision to suspend trading. The SEC has not filed a formal investigation, nor have they conducted any informal inquiry with GrowLife.  

 

[b]We have retained additional and specialized counsel so that we can do whatever possible to rectify any concerns that the SEC raises with GrowLife as quickly as possible.

Again information is still limited, if nothing changes and the temporary suspension ends today, we anticipate shares of GrowLife stock will resume trading tomorrow/Friday.
