I won't have a bid/ask that I can see because there are no MM's.
There will be no MM depth showing each MM with the size, bid or ask.
I will have what Etrade calls a "Ladder" that will show where the last trade was and it will flash between share prices as trades go off. (usually you can also see the trade size here too) and I will also have a another part of the L2 area where the MM's usually line up and that will display the trades as they go off in actual time, showing the size of trade and price.
