Well I feel just the opposite. I am happy the company is presently dark. No question the company is now and has been under attack with the enemy hoping to bankrupt it. Whatever the company files will be immediately attacked imho and there is no need to give them any more ammunition than they already have.
Instead, I would prefer to wait. Wouldn't it be great for them to announce a completed sale? This would eliminate the buyer being harassed by a bunch of hired guns. The best defense is a good offense and that is what I am hoping for. Will be cheering Apple today for going on the offensive against the criminals. Go JBII!!!
