Joe: Trying to be practical. With a mere 55,000 share float TEVE will not have enough shares to satisfy the demand. The Comcast deal along with 4K being the future of television insures this imho.
Couple the stock dividend with a cash dividend and that will work but can you imagine how high the shareprice will be without a forward split or two or three? I suppose if your goal is to bankrupt those who are short shares then going with ever increasing cash dividends will do the trick but if the intent is to uplist and broaden the shareholder base then a combination of cash and stock dividends is the way to go imho. Go TEVE!!!
Revenues/earnings/dividends!
