I use Etrade and was able to put an order in for 1 share with a limit of $5.00. It came up with the pop up warning box that I was getting ready to place a market order.. I clicked "ok" through it and then it took the order . I checked and the order was live with the $5.00 limit. At the end of the day, naturally it wasn't filled @ $5.00 so I received notification that the order for the day had expired.
A few others have tried also with no problems.
You might want to just test who you trade through and put in an online order for 1 share of CANN to see what happens.
If you have L2, you can see the trades as they go off with the amount of shares and pps. It will give you an idea of approximately what the price is at the time.
Someone did a trade of CANN with one (1) share and I could see it come across the screen as they bought and sold it.
Who are you trading with?
