I have seen nothing in print that states there is a zoning issue. I guess this zoning issue has been raised for at least for over a month. In that time Bill has brought on 2 high level individuals to the board, secured 20 million in investment for completion of the site after the PHOT issue and the all the movement on the building and the entire site. So if there was a real zoning issue why would all of this progress still be going on... Walk like a duck...quack like a duck...must be a ......
