Tier change unrelated to attorney letter. Deadline for attorney letter is May 1, 2014, a week from now. Therefore, SKTO is still in good graces with OTCM in regard to pending attorney letter. This tier downgrade from Current to Limited thus is caused by a deficiency or deficiencies known to OTCM and the firm, but not to us.
