The familiar hotstocked.com also runs an ancillary site that follows stock promotions and their details: such as compensation, promoter, paying party, average $ volume for period, maximum $ profit, % gain or loss at close. SKTO comes up as #6 in top 10 most heavily promoted pink sheet stocks. Last promo on April 16, 2014 though elsewhere on the site, the date of last promo is given as April 19, 2014, but no illustration of that promo is found. See attachment #2.
The data on SKTO are almost comical. See attachment #1. The paying parties are spending a fortune, but the max $ gains are rather anemic. Agent is right when he quipped that had APS handled the promo campaign, SK would have hit 0.25 at least. lol As hotstocked.com promo data show, SK went nowhere but continually down, which, combined with the large sums paid for promo, suggest the dumping of many millions of very cheap shares Therefore, caution may be indicated at this time. If gambling, gambling with money one can afford to lose would seem prudent.
In addition to Microcap Innovations, there are a number of payers marked as "Unknown."
