How is the lawsuit coming ? Have you let John W Bordynuik know he is going to be called into discovery if it is ever filed within a lawsuit that pertains to JBI equity ?
Not sure John W Bordynuik will like that too much. He has done everything possible to settle in every case and avoid answering the type of questions that the discovery process allows.
Which is just about anything and everything the Plaintiffs can think of and want to ask. And he is obligated to answer.
Be sure to let him know he will be called by whoever you file it against.
I am sure he will be as pleased as punch to be dragged into the lawsuit process one more time. And this time he can not settle.He will only be on the witness list and he has to comply or face contempt .
I am sure he will thank you for bringing it. John W Bordynuik will just be so happy to have something like this done..
