Bashers and so called swingingrichard has said they can't get licenses unless zoned agriculture then post that article saying look. I laughed at the article since it said 60k and I did my DD when mudcat alerted me on 6000 Sq saying both Bill and Steve were correct. Did some digging found out the 6000 feet is in issue of processing meaning packaging etc because anything outside of that zoned agriculture is considered industrial. Now with two buildings don't see that being an issue but 8 buildings yes but Bill has a plan. Regardless I didn't want to express this since some shareholders get confused thinking bashing but to me it's a non issue. They can build a processing facility in Industrial area or get current area rezoned. Meaning 8 buildings growing are fine for agriculture. Big deal but bashers have mislead and are so confused themselves their paid authors can't even get the facts straight. In all Bill can employee as many employees as he wants to grow but can't use more than 5 employees for processing (packaging) outside of 6000 square feet unless rezoned or different site for packaging in industrial area.
