I have spoke to the SEC and they are now watching his activity on IHub...
Company is in process of performing CUSIP change to help mitigate the activity this group is performing via Berlin exchange. (working with Asher IMO)
Company has requested delisting which will take affect May 1.
This should cause huge short squeeze...
