It doesn't matter how it gets zoned, that's just a tax revenue issue. If they want more money, Bill will change zoning, it won't be a factor. It's comical to think that Bill would go this far and get slowed down by the zoning, that just isn't likely people. If Lakeshore is on board, it's really just about their piece of the financial pie, which they'll get no problem.
