Suppose they got to get that front gate up. Cameras up. Small little details here and there.
My guess is that Bill and the GC have had all this timelined to the day.
He probably called HC a week to 2 weeks ago knowing he would be finished April 25 - 30. HC probably in next week and its a go.
License by May 15, 2014.
