why is it a red flag? i would say it shows transparency.. otherwise no one would believe them.
Tweed showed pics of inside there building when they first got it.. they had an interview inside it.
but yes.. the share structure is f'ed up over there with FITX.. thats why its under 10 cents a share.
TWEED did it the right way.. share structure way better. both companies have similar market caps tho.. but TWEED is already up and running so its the obvious choice
