After all the noise, there are no shares for sale from BCAP and no shareholders are ever forced to sell their stock.

The noise is meaningless. We went through 6-7 months of much worse when $BCAP was at $0.0001/2/3. Once the freeze in SS is confirmed adn the other news comes through the bashers will be gone.

IMO you really want to think about what news is going to be released in November. Octobers is known and just needs to be confirmed now in PR's and filings.

Example: 11/15/2012 is 45 days after the end of $BCAP's quarter. As a voluntary SEC filer, this will be $BCAP's first 10-Q in years (as opposed to Quarterly statement). Future events like this are what will keep you ahead of the curve
