this week is beyond hectic so I havent had time to look anything up-so forward anything you want me to comment on
Jimmy is the Geo spark plug as we know so between old CWRN in their individual capacity essentially-no affect on us-just holds back info Geo might use in fishing expedition to involve Brad just because Brad like most people no doubt doesnt want to get caught up in Geos fishing
once TX is over -has it been delayed? - Geos arguments re machinery-the only thing they have to stand on it appears- will be over-so imo the CA case will not hold back info- at least not nearly to extent of TX
CWRN is aggressor petitioner in CA and its been over 2 years since JVA activity ended so no other reason i know of, other than dtc chill, to hold back financials
