The newsletters contained little or no meaningful information, was utterly useless and in fact insults peoples intelligence. The company rarely does what it says it would do, and so to many there was no need for useless newsletters. They could apply the time and energy saved from publication in building the company. Now, if the company could say something and do it, newsletter, even once a month would be fabulous.
