Yes, I specifically contacted OTC Markets with this specific information about this specific company, and the reply I got was: Every 30 calendar days, must achieve .01 As soon as 30 calendar days go by, and have not achieved the benchmark test, back to Pinks.
So, it begs the question: Was the R/S really to maintain QB status? Or, was it a straw man argument to hide the fact that really all SS wanted to do, was to add to the share structure and keep using shares as payments?
This isn't the only place this is being discovered. Lots of QB CEOs are apparently using the new rules as a false cover for restructuring their shares.
I was always taught: Don't go looking for the absurd, when the obvious makes sense.
