Truth is probably stranger than fiction. Geo could be working for the people with all the money, which is most likely held outside the us. To top that he is most likely reimbursed from a source somewhat removed from the people directly responsible for the libel and slander.
Therefore any victory may be narrow and hollow, treaty would not recover money and the fraud people can hire someone else to take his place.
That said all my suppositions could be wrong, geo could be a multimillionaire with his own little agenda and any conviction he would be paying the company millions-just typing that makes me doubt what I am saying.
Bottom line would be to carefully prosecute this, any success in the oil patch changes all the dynamics of the litigation. We will soon see the dynamics change and , of course, geo will start with "I didn't mean what I was saying " routine.
