Yhea T.M., it is a game of educated guessing which still leaves us with guessing.......very unfortunate as I too , like you and many other fine and upstanding folks did, do, believe in the company itself.
I really would have felt better I think had Scott shown some indignation at the SEC for that move. But then, and this is me guessing again....maybe he knew or expected some sort of repercussion for lack of paying attention to SEC details from previous conversations with them. I just don't know. I do know I would be one P.O.d person had my company been blind sided that way not to mention the embarrassment , along with what it would do to my carrier and the future in general. Yhea, I think I would have put out a little stronger message than that. JMO GLTA
