Shet, if I was sitting on 18,000,000 or so shares and knowing ONLY what I know. I would wait for $0.25 or $0.50 or $0.75 or $1.00 or $2.00 or $3.00, well anyway you get the picture..... Even if I had to sell pencils on the street corner so that I could buy Ramen Noodles to get me through the drought of no pay. These guys know what they have and THEY ARE HOLDING STRONG and are following the shelf rules exactly as written to prevent any appearance of deceptive or illegal practices and keeping their options open. JUST AS I WOULD DO.... JMHO
