I had read somewhere OTCM is leaning on its subscribers to update their company profiles. There's hardly any doubt Allyn is out. The latest 04/15 disclosure statement bears no mention of Allyn nor even of the office of chairman. Now, OTCM company profile reflects the same status.

Why the company hasn't filed the chairman's departure as a material event is a good question. Current Information Pinks are required by OTCM to do so. The only loophole I could conceive is related to SK dropping very briefly to No Information tier recently. Why didn't SK merely drop to Limited Information tier pursuant to late reporting of fins? On the other hand, No Information Pinks with have no obligation to OTCM to report departure of directors or officers.
