The first person called by the defendants for Discovery will be John W Bordynuik.
And in Discovery just about anything is permitted to be asked, almost no exceptions and he must answer truthfully or he can be torn apart in Court.
Start the lawsuit today.
My guess is some of those questions will involve some of the SEC and OCS charges.
While we're at it I believe Heddle , Rauber, Bogolin and all former BOD members will go through the process too.
File the paperwork now.
