Important point: The numbers in the SAIC report were for the 2,000 pounds per hour processor running rate rather than the new 4,000 pounds per hour that has been approved by the NYSDEC. So double those EBITDA numbers.

In other words, a fairly large up-front investment could pay for itself in a couple of months.

That sounds like commercial viability to me.
