unbelievable to me also-there was some discovery sanction- dont have time to look these things up this week- but openly not allowing any witnesses or discovery or testimony would be a new one on me and unconstitutional-

like so many things are these days in the legal system-and the things-exaggerations in my opinion-that Geo has reported in their filings re CWRN could get Geo in trouble imo
