Okay folks, I need a little help. It has been bugging me for a few weeks now. "The Bill" keeps talking about the planned uplisting. Last week at the 420 Investor Meeting he tipped his hat again when AB asked about the status of the audited financials and the future uplisting with a response of "or NASDAQ".

Does ANYONE have any real knowledge or a general feel of what the acquisition of Hemp Technologies Ltd. brought to the FITX balance sheet bottom line? Could Hemp Tech be the missing link on the uplisting goal and what market we uplist to, OTCBB or NASDAQ.
